Hey Writers!
Earlier today, Kelly Wilde Miller and I facilitated a free workshop where we introduced some of the concepts and modalities we’ll explore during our Cultivating Creative Capacity cohort in October.
Those who attended experienced mindful writing, somatic experiencing, and felt into where their creative capacity is at and what’s important for them to write about right now. And a few bravely shared their reflections and asked us some great questions.
Those workshop containers feel very alive for me. Even my wife pointed out the dramatic change in my demeanor from before and after the session. I’m looking forward to being a part of more of them starting next week.
